More Commission Details/the Fine Print:

• Limited to one special-priced commission per person/household only please. If you wish for me to create a pair or multiple commissioned paintings, please contact me for pricing and time estimates. 

• Purchase the commission in full to lock in the reduced pricing. I will bill you separately for framing (if desired) and shipping after I am done painting and upon your approval to ship. 

• These specially priced commission slots must be purchased by 11:59PM EST  on Sunday, July 12th.

• Your piece will be a collaboration but I will be interpreting the paintings in my own style and the landscapes will be abstracted and simplified. After you lock in your commission slot, I will contact you via email and ask you to send photo(s) or instructions for what you would like me to paint. Please keep in mind my style and the landscape subjects I have painted and the color palettes I have used.  At this time, I am not interested in painting city scenes, building scenes or paintings with people or animals. I am happy to entertain small requests on details such as specific colors to include or exclude or things you would like left out of the painting, etc. 

• We will work together to agree on the best size/orientation from the category you have purchased for your project. 

• Commissions will be completed in approximately 8-10 weeks and will ship approximately 3 weeks after completion (oil and cold wax paintings take 2-3 weeks to dry). I can not guarantee the order that the commissions will be completed in but if you have a strong preference for me to complete by a certain date I will do my best to work with you. 

• Commissions are non-refundable. You may decide to cancel your project for any reason at any time but you will not be refunded. I reserve the right to cancel the project for any reason at any time and will inform you and give reasons for doing so and will refund your purchase minus the cost of any materials I have purchased and can not reuse for another project. 

• Some notes on shipping: I will get the most accurate, safest and least expensive shipping quote that I possibly can and you will be billed for the actual cost of shipping and insurance plus a nominal fee for materials (boxes, packing material, etc.). International customers are welcome to purchase a commission slot but international shipping costs for the sizes listed will start at approximately $70 and could go up to several hundred dollars for the larger sizes—the largest size (24x36) is for US collectors only.
